As a senior member of The Boston Company's Quantitative Research Team, Robert brought his extensive global and emerging equity experience and insights to the investment process. He served as a portfolio manager of two disciplined Global Thematic Active-Beta strategies at TBCAM, as well as a U.S. Small Mid Cap strategy managing nearly 2 billion dollars in total assets.
Robert joined The Boston Company from another BNY Mellon affiliate, Standish Mellon Asset Management, in 2003 when the Standish Equity investment teams were merged with The Boston Company. Previously at The Boston Company, Robert was a Research Analyst for the Large Cap Core Team and Market Neutral Long/Short strategy. Preceding that role, he worked as an Equity Research Associate at Standish Ayer & Wood. Prior to his tenure at Standish, he served as a Calculation Analyst at John Hancock Financial. Robert has nineteen years of investment industry experience, earned a BA from Canisius College and an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
